I saw the pic above on SDK's blog and I couldn't believe my eyes.
From all the indication, money was repackaged and given out as souvenir at a wedding recently.
And if investigated, the money in question will most likely be Nigerian
money, doled out by a politician, because I honestly do NOT believe that
someone who worked hard for his or her money will spend it this way.
However, as much as I do not think this is OK, of course, if I were there, I'd collect...LOL.
Nothing we wont see in Nigeria!
