The year 2013 had a lot of great smartphones, in fact off the top of my head, I can’t think of any other year in the history of smartphones that had this many awesome devices coming out almost on a monthly basis. As a result, we’ve decided to look back at the great devices that came through last year.
How best to do that than to do a mini online awards post for the best smartphones that came out this year from a Nigerian perspective (obviously) and this is what our list looks like after deliberating and going back and forth. See the list after the cut:

Overall in 2013, The HTC one was adjudged the best smart phone in the world. It beat Blackberry Z30, Samsung Galaxy S4,iphone 5s, Google nexus, and sony experia phones.
