What does this mean for our political future?
In a very surprising and interesting turn of events, it was announced
this afternoon during a press conference that the group of seven
breakaway governors of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have merged
with the opposition, the All progressives Congress (APC).
When contacted by newsmen, Governor Rotimi Amaechi of Rivers state, a member of the new PDP confirmed the merger.
Some of the faces at the merger includes Ogbonaya Onu, nPDP chairman,
Kawu Baraje, Senator Bukola Saraki, Governor Rotimi Amaechi, former
Lagos Governor, Bola Tinubu, chair of the APC, Chief Bisi Akande.
