Here is the recipe

What you need
- 300g of lean mince beef
- White of two eggs
- 2-3 spoons of Suya spice (this can be bought from African or tropical
stores or you can make yours using a blend of ground ginger, chilli
powder, garlic powder, ground black pepper, pinch of ground cloves,
salt, some bouillon powder and ground kuli-kuli (or use peanut butter as an alternative
)
- Some mixed sweet peppers
- 1 medium
red onion
- 4 medium fresh tomatoes
- Wholemeal brown
burger buns
- Cucumber
- Olive oil or coconut oil
- Peanut butter
- Fresh corn on the cob
- Salt to taste
- Premium Ata Dindin relish
What to do
- Dice a small portion of the sweet peppers and finely slice the rest across their width. Also slice a portion of the red onion and finely dice the rest.
- Place the lean beef into a large bowl and add the suya spice, 1 spoon of peanut butter, the diced peppers, onions and 2-3 tablespoons of oil.
- With your bare hands, mix all ingredients together for even distribution. Then take small portions of the mince and mould into burgers. Set aside for about 10 minutes.
- In the mean time, de-seed the tomatoes and dice finely. Also dice a small portion of the cucumber and use a potato peeler to thinly slice the remaining portion to wrap your salad; (as shown in the picture).
- Transfer diced tomatoes, some diced onions and cucumbers into a small bowl, drizzle some oil and add some suya spice. Toss the salad, lay out the sliced cucumber and place some in the middle. Roll the cucumber slices around the salad as shown in the picture.
- Heat some oil in a griddle, and carefully
place the burgers on to cook. Flip burgers carefully and cook each side for about 5 minutes depending on thickness. (this can also be cooked on a barbecue).
- Also grill
the sliced peppers and onions until they char slightly and soften.
- Grill also the corn and when cooked shake
some suya spice over them.
- Serve
burger on the bun and top with the grilled onion and peppers. Add some Ata Dindin relish or any sauce of choice
.
- Serve also with the salad and grilled corn.
