Seriously, what won't Hollywood stars go through to keep looking young and rejuvenated?

It looks like Kim is in a lot of pain. she was undergoing some procedure which the body's own blood is applied topically to the skin and then pounding it with needles to re-energize cells for a youthful appearance.
