The invitation-only festival is held annually (usually in May) at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès.
This year, the event witnessed many celebrities looking their best during the on going festival( May 15 to May 26, 2013). As it is the norm here on d Grapevyne, I present to you, some of the best dressed stars from Cannes 2013, after the cut.
