White lady shade. They do it so subtly that you don't see it at first
but if you read between the lines, you will see her drag her claws
across Kim and Kanye's face. lol. When asked during a discussion at the
Metropolitan Museum of Arts on Monday why she put Kanye and Kim K on the
Vogue cover, Ms Wintour said it was 'not a tasteful choice' and
admitted that she did it as a
publicity stunt…
"I see the role of Vogue to reflect what’s going on in the culture. The
first celebrity that I put on the cover of Vogue was Madonna, and that
was considered completely controversial at the time, too. It’s such a
long time ago probably no one remembers, but she was a very
controversial figure. Now she’s part of the establishment. I think if we
just remain deeply tasteful and just put deeply tasteful people on the
cover, it would be a rather boring magazine! Nobody would talk about us.
It’s very important that people do talk about us."
Ouch! This woman is not nice at all...:-). Vogue actually lost a lot of
subscribers after the infamous Kimye cover so she's been explaining why
she did it..
